Yes. Every Crown & Sword™ garment is produced specifically after an order has been placed. This allows us to focus on quality over quantity while reducing unnecessary waste.
How long will my order take?
Production and delivery times may vary depending on order volume and supplier availability. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery Policy for current estimated timeframes.
Do you ship throughout South Africa?
Yes. We currently deliver throughout South Africa using trusted courier partners including The Courier Guy.
How do I choose the correct size?
Please refer to our Size Guide before placing your order. We recommend comparing the measurements provided with a garment you already own.
Can I exchange an item if I ordered the wrong size?
As our garments are made to order, size-related exchanges may be limited. We strongly encourage customers to review the Size Guide before completing their purchase.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed securely through Yoco using supported payment methods available at checkout.
Where is the Crown logo positioned?
Our signature Crown logo is embroidered on the left chest, while the Sword detail is embroidered on the right sleeve.
How should I care for my garment?
Wash garments inside out using cold or lukewarm water. Avoid bleach, harsh chemicals, high-temperature tumble drying, and ironing directly over embroidery.

Yes. Crown & Sword™ garments feature premium embroidery rather than printed logos, creating a durable and premium finish.
