At Crown & Sword™, we are committed to providing premium Christian apparel crafted with care, purpose, and attention to detail.

If there is an issue with your order, we will work with you to find a fair and reasonable solution in accordance with applicable South African consumer protection legislation.

Made-to-Order Products

Most Crown & Sword™ garments are produced specifically for each customer after an order has been placed.

Because our products are manufactured on demand and are not mass-produced stock items, we are generally unable to accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges where:

  • An incorrect size was selected by the customer
  • The customer changes their mind after placing an order
  • The customer no longer requires the item
  • The order was placed incorrectly by the customer

We strongly encourage customers to review product descriptions, sizing information, and order details carefully before completing their purchase.

These limitations do not affect any rights available to consumers under applicable South African law relating to defective, damaged, unsafe, or incorrectly supplied products.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what was advertised or ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To assist with our assessment, we may request:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Supporting photographs

Depending on the circumstances, this may include:

  • Replacement of the product
  • Repair of the product
  • Refund of the purchase price
  • Another reasonable remedy as required by applicable law

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit, restrict, or exclude any rights available to consumers under applicable South African legislation, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.

Customers retain all statutory rights relating to defective, unsafe, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products.

Return Eligibility

Where a return is approved, items should:

  • Be returned in the condition received where reasonably possible
  • Include original packaging where available
  • Not have been intentionally damaged, altered, or misused after delivery

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where reasonably possible.

Refund processing times may vary depending on banks, payment providers, and financial institutions.

Exchanges

As most Crown & Sword™ products are manufactured on demand, exchanges may not always be possible. Where an exchange is approved, additional production and delivery times may apply.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved because a product was supplied incorrectly, arrived damaged, or is found to be defective, Crown & Sword may arrange collection or provide return instructions.
